Vertical EGR Cooler for 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L

This EGR cooler is the Heavy Duty type with full stainless steel construction.

The internal cooling tubes have fully welded seams. Not press fit or spot welded like others. Note: The picture showing the tubes is the end view of a 6.4l Horizontal Cooler.

This cooler uses 12 internal cooling tubes for superior heat transfer ability & extreme durability!

Each EGR Cooler is Pressure Tested to 0.5 Mpa. 0.5 Mpa = 72.52 psi

All of the silicone hoses, nuts, bolts, studs and hose clamps that you need to install the EGR coolers on a 6.4l Powerstroke are included in this kit. Also 2 gaskets are included for the EGR cooler ends.
