This EGR cooler is the Heavy Duty type with full stainless steel construction.

The internal cooling tubes have fully welded seams. Not press fit or spot welded like others.

Each EGR Cooler is Pressure Tested to 0.5 Mpa. 0.5 Mpa = 72.52 psi

This cooler uses 12 internal cooling tubes for superior heat transfer ability & extreme durability!

All of the silicone hoses, nuts, bolts, studs and hose clamps that you need to install the EGR coolers on a 6.4l Powerstroke are included in this kit. Also 2 gaskets are included for the EGR cooler ends.
