The AFC Max Travel Kit is categorized into specific boost ranges to allow maximum tunability for your specific turbo system. The AFC Max Travel Kit is not designed to work without AFC Live, as it will be far too light for a normal truck. AFC Live allows a very light spring to act as a very heavy one and everything in between. These are designed to help with very low-boost smoke control where the stock spring falls short.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWhen you loosen the star wheel to get maximum response, the stock spring is basically in \"free float\" for the first 5 psi. A stock spring can yield as much as 50% rack travel at 5 psi with the star wheel in the fully loosened position. This makes for a very smoky low end. With the AFC Max Travel Kit, we can effectively control low-boost situations with the star wheel in the fully loosened position.
